Refunds & right of withdrawal
Last updated: 2026-05-09
General
If you believe you were charged in error or you are within a statutory cancellation window, contact us promptly. Where you paid by card, refunds (when due) are typically processed back to your original payment method via our payment processor.
EU / EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may be affected if you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. What applies to your purchase will also be reflected at checkout where legally required.
If you qualify and timely exercise your statutory withdrawal right, we will refund eligible payments in line with applicable law.
Goodwill refunds
Outside mandatory statutory rules, refunds are discretionary. We may offer a partial or full refund where fairly warranted (for example duplicate charges or documented service failures).
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, your bank/card network processes it under its rules. Please contact us first where possible so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
Contact
Billing changes and receipts are available in your Stripe customer billing portal when you have an active billing relationship with us. For refund requests, contact us through the channels listed on our website.
