Service

Parseris AI ("we", "us") provides online document conversion and extraction tools. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change features, limits, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent technical limits, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through our payment processor (Stripe). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

We may offer a free trial (for example, seven days). Starting a trial requires a valid payment method, and you authorize recurring charges after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends, in line with what is shown at checkout and in your billing portal. You can manage billing, payment methods, and cancellation in the customer billing portal.

Fair use and limits

Plans may include usage limits (for example, daily conversion caps and maximum file sizes). Limits are described on the pricing page and may be enforced in the product. We may apply additional technical or abuse-prevention limits to protect the service.

Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes where permitted. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on billing details you provide.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights where they apply).
